Growth Infrastructure Group™ ("GIG", "we", "us") collects information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, company details, and assessment responses submitted through our website, consultation booking flow, and lead magnet forms. We collect what is necessary to deliver the service you requested. Nothing more.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used to: deliver requested assessment results and reports; process consultation bookings and payments; communicate program and engagement details; and improve our research and services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Razorpay and Stripe. GIG does not store full payment card details on its own servers. Payment processor privacy policies govern the handling of payment information.

4. Communications

By submitting your details, you consent to receive communications via email and WhatsApp related to your assessment results, consultation booking, and relevant program information. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the consultation booking page.

8. Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA)

Growth Infrastructure Group™ processes personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). As a Data Fiduciary, we collect and process personal data only for lawful purposes for which you have given consent.

Your Rights as a Data Principal

Right to Access — You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is being processed.

Right to Correction — You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data by emailing privacy@growthinfragroup.com.

Right to Erasure — You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@growthinfragroup.com. We will process erasure requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

Right to Withdraw Consent — You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing privacy@growthinfragroup.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

Right to Grievance Redressal — If you believe your data rights have not been respected, you may contact our Grievance Officer.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of consent provided at the point of collection. Transactional data (booking confirmations, service delivery) is processed on the basis of contractual necessity. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Lead and assessment data is retained for up to 36 months from last interaction unless an erasure request is received.
